Anybody Generating Leads for Offline Businesses using FB Ads?

There's a lot of information and products out or coming out that focus on lead gen and using FB ads to drive more sales for offline business consultants. Are others here having a lot of success with this business model or is it more challenging that many of the products make it sound. I would really enjoy and product recommendations for those that are achieving success with this model

    Of course they do. Facebook is aggressively catering to small/local business for the past few years.

    It is common with specific niches/industry such as salons, vets, that sort of thing. Probably not for plumbers, roofing etc.
