Any site to order brand-printed pens/mechanical pencils without minimum order?

I am starting a small business with a limited budget. I am trying to find a site/company that makes good quality brand-printed pens/mechanical pencils without minimum order.

I have looked at some sites and they require you to buy at least 150 pens/pencils which comes out to about $150-$200+ for one order.

Anyone know of a site that does not require a minimum order and that you can purchase for less than $20?

May want to look at something like this... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CR6C0HQ...sp_detail_page a bit more than $20.00 but I could see it paying for itself pretty quick
