How would I find property addresses on streets that have a limit of 50mph or higher?

How would I find property addresses on streets that have a speed limit of 50 mph or higher?

And how would I find addresses for houses that are on corner lots?

Lets say in a specific city or county.

For the corner lots, I know I can go to googlemaps and click on the house on the corner and it will display for me, but that is really time consuming. Is there another way to look at and use street data to get these answers?

Im looking to market to these people as a realtor since they are more likely to move than anyone else.

    You need an app developed with Google Maps API. Everything you want is absolutely doable. Getting it done... thats a whole other story
