How long does it take a telemarketer to generate leads?

want know how long it takes to telemarketer to generate leads I am working for last 50 days on tele Calling created only 8 leads to work on .Can any body judge what is the good rate on telemarketing

    • Depends. Maybe he's only made 50 calls, he didn't say. 8 leads in 50 calls...not so bad.
