Can you suggest a good CRM / sales funnel management tool?

Hello,

Can you suggest a good CRM / sales funnel management tool for a solopreneur?

I'm currently using Google Drive (spreadsheet) but I'm looking towards having a professional tool, one that is less complex than Salesforce yet, more complex than your basic CRM (like Highrise HQ).

My needs are:
- The ability to track different campaigns.
- Customizable sales funnel by campaign.
- The ability to use it as a full fledged or makeshift to-do manager (ex: get back to X on 24th of August).
- free or relatively cheap (not enterprise tools at $99/month).
- To be able to use it without having to spend four hours reading through the FAQ. It is for a single person, with a relatively simple sales process. Salesforce is overkill.

Thank you,
Razvan

    Hi, RazvanRogozC!

I'd suggest you use Insightly or Hubspot. Both are pretty simple and have free packages. I'm not really sure about some of your needs, but you can check them out.

I hope this can help you!

Zoho has a crazy good deal called Zoho One. It has a crm and a bunch of other stuff you need to run a business. It's like $35 a month.

Thank you all. I've tried all of them and I've found them a bit cumbersome. In the end, I've settled on Trello as a makeshift CRM and it works perfectly for me. I feel like most CRMs are either made for organizations and have too many features or are made for freelancers and have way too few features. There is an opportunity for a developer to launch something in the middle. The closest thing I know of it is HighRise HQ which is as simple as it gets but doesn't feature funnels.

If it works then use it. Pipeline Deals or One page crm may work for what you are doing.
