What are the best brick n' mortar niches do market for?
Hey all! I'm a digital marketer with a proven track record, and want to move into a vertical niche that's brick n' mortar. The reason for this is so that one successful advertisement in Omaha can be copied into Kansas City, both delivering typically the same results (ie. way less work).
Does anyone have any suggestions for low-maintenance-client niches? By "low maintenance" I'm referring to clients that typically won't be absolutely crazy, contacting me a lot- I want people with respect.
I'm also not interested in too hardcore stuff such as "Plastic Surgeons." Marketing for them is beyond me right now, so I'm looking at potential clients (ie. "Massage Therapist Owners") whereby I can focus on ONE niche, and create profit for every single one of my clients across the world with a few proven campaigns (I'd own the ad-accounts and intellectual property).
If you were in my situation, which niche would you attack for low-maintenance, easily scalable (easy to duplicate campaigns across clients in the one niche) clients?
