Help to capture offline business - Important

Hi hope is al well, it was great coming back what I enjoy.

Ok Im offline now but I sell online services to offline business, The small business is small, I need to draw up some business.

Ok I do cold calls to hot good prospects, I need to to give them some Free material.

The material I'm looking for to give the customer has to be quality so they spend some time with me.

Im looking for any free website/software that is good to give out Free basic report of there website etc ......

if you can please point me in the right direction that would be good. the Free info has to be Quality.

    ok so I am trying to translate this but honestly I have no idea what cold call to hot prospects means.

    With regard to the free report you don't want just anything 'so they spend time' you want something that will help progress the sale.

    Now I have no idea what line of work you are in so can't give specific advice but i would recommend you understand the why behind the what before you start giving out reports that will just shut doors, ears and minds to your pitch.

    As a small suggestion spend some time reading through the offline section (it's probably the best part of this site)

    I think he's looking for free resources that he can run a client's site through that will show where it needs improvement. For example, there are sites out there where you can submit your website (or a client's) and it will spit out reports as to things that could be improved for SEO.

    Like all businesses, you need

    a LEAD GENERATION system

    a QUALIFICATION system

    and a CLOSING system.

    You are not going to solve all three of these issues in one go and nor are you going to do them all in one step. Newbies are always trying to combine traffic and conversion into a single step and it's the biggest mistake you could make beyond not trying anything at all.

    Your phone prospecting strategy could be your leadgen system. That's fine.

    Then your qualification system has to separate buyers from non-buyers. This is where your free content comes in. It should filter for two questions by answering both:

    What valuable thing can you do for them?

    What are the benefits of working with you? And you, specifically? Why should they hire you instead of anyone else?

    The first question filters for Need. Do they need your services? If they don't think what you do is valuable for them, they do not, do they. So that would be a waste of time to chase that prospect for an order. Come back to them in 6 months because things may have changed for them.

    If they recognize the need for your services, then it's up to the next question. Why should they have you do the thing instead of their cousin? Or another professional?

    After answering these questions your freebie needs a Call To Action. The CTA tells them to book a call with you and gives them a link to your calendar. Now you are only talking to people who acknowledge a need for what you offer, and understand why hiring you specifically to do the thing is of value to them. Do you think that would take you a long way towards making the sale?

    Get these systems in place. Run and test each in order. First, your leadgen system will fail to work. You will have to get that running and maybe you already have it operating well enough. But then your qualification system will suck. This means writing, testing, and editing the report or video series or whatever you use to qualify your prospects. After some attempts it will begin to work, meaning it will start booking you calls with qualified prospects. And then it will be time for your closing system to leap into action...and you will fail to make sales. Don't worry about it. Keep working on your conversion/closing system at that point and you will begin to make sales.

    But if you jump into this expecting all three systems to be in place and you to instantly make sales...well you're in for a tough time if that's so.

      I agree with you! All these methods work really nicely these days. You should use all of them surely. As for me, I also use some promotional items for my business like lapel pins and printed products. But you should use them later... Anyway, these steps are really helpful

    Be without your own website in 2018 is like being without tool for work in any industry. Online work is something that should be standard in those days even if you maybe work mostly offline but for sure you would like to improve your business with some good web solution as well.
