Hi so I have a question that may sound so silly because I'm a newbie. I design websites and offer other services for clients I do websites for (like email marketing). What do the rest of you do when it comes to opening an email marketing account for a client? do you have them create it and give you login credentials, do you get the payment info from the client and open it in their name? Here's a real example of a current dilemma. I have a client that already has a mail chimp account. I sign in with their credentials and mailchimp wants to "verify" I am the owner. I'm not. If they send an SMS verification code it's going to go to the client, not me. How do I get around things like this? what do you do? I'm not yet set up to take payments through my website so I'm trying to keep this simple. When they pay me for my services I want it to be seamless, not 2 steps, one for my services one so I can open an email account in their name... Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read and respond.
