I've read some articles and seen some vids on it, but none has not mentioned anything about the leads you generate.

How do you hold on to those leads until you find a client to rent your site?

Do you sell per lead until you can get a client to rent?

Not sure how this model works.

    I have a few rank and rent sites

    you usually Rent the WHOLE site to the client, not the leads
    otherwise is not rank and rent

    In the first weeks, you just lose leads or you give them away as a trial... while you start you will get tons of leads that you just can't sell. It's normal
