Anyone know what Yellow Pages charges for these lame videos?

I noticed recently that YP is doing videos that use a 360 degree photo of an offline business, coupled with some descriptive text on each slide. No spoken audio, just music background.

With all the terrific video creators out there, it amazes me that small business pay for these. Anyone know how much they charge for this type of video?

    Not difficult to find the source or the price...of course businesses buy it...it's a highly visible business sellng additional services.


    Might be a great opportunity for someone to go behind those sales and offer better value for a fixed fee rather than monthly....

      I don't believe those offerings are the same as the 360 degree videos with just music. The $5K offer says "Professional shoot with video production experts at the time and place of your choice". I missed the headline earlier though, says "starting at $70/month" so that sounds a little more reasonable. Be nice to hear from someone who has been pitched on a video in the U.S. from YP though.

    I'm sure you know this already, but YP has some of the toughest sales people I have to deal with. They just won't go away and they somehow always get their foot in the door because YP is a known quantity. I'm not surprised at all that small businesses sign up with them. What the sales pitch is I don't know but I'm quite certain that these videos are the result of some very persistent salespeople.

      One thing I would really value is a recording of the prospecting call and sales pitch of the YP reps. It's got to be a really tested and proven pitch. I'd love to hear it.
