Help w/ Canvassing Route

I'm launching a brand new product and want to hit the pavement and canvass some local businesses.

I'm obviously wanting to hit all applicable businesses within the same area at one time so looking for some helpful tools and resources to help plan my route.

My target market are mostly small local service companies that office in flex spaces. These are not generally places where customers come. It's a place to operate.

First off what's a place that has a whole complex with these types of spaces called?

Secondly, is there an easy way to search what companies are within a certain "complex"?

Depends on the country and sometimes the type of business. Here in UK, often called "business park", but a local one is owned by the university and it's called a "technology centre" - a business park by another name

Here in UK, business parks often have a website that lists the businesses. They're not always up to date.

    Examples:
    Guildford Business Park
    Surrey Research Centre
    Signature

People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
What I do for a living

If you're in the USA, look up flex space on loopnet.com or cityfeet.com.

    Actually, Google

flex space + city + loopnet or cityfeet

Google is a better search engine than loopnet or cityfeet.

Don't know if complexes have an official term... They're mixed-use properties. Where I live, most have the word Commons in the name.

As in Lincoln Commons. Or Maple Leaf Commons.
