Best Marketing Strategy for a StartUp Computer Business

Hi everyone,

I have years of computer repair experience, what's the best marketing strategy for this?

All of my services are listed here , I've been providing service for 23 years in my city but I want to reach the greater network online.

Would love to hear your insights.

A little more thought needs to be put into this idea.

WHO will you help most effectively, and with WHAT problem?

For many items it's not financially sensible to ship you broken equipment and ship it back once repaired. Shipping costs could easily break the business model.

Therefore, "reaching the greater network online" doesn't make sense for most situations.

What problem can you fix that justifies the high costs of shipping, versus the customer simply driving to a local repair shop and getting the work done there? (or buying a whole new product instead)

What problems are you experienced at fixing efficiently, so you make a great margin on the job?

Answering these questions will also help you with your positioning.

THEN you can go figure out how to get in front of those specific folks...thinking at that point about the distribution channel.

You could try making videos courses addressing many common computer issues and how to fix them. Use the videos for marketing your services. Then offer to work remotely to clients who's computer problems could be fixed without your physical presence. It seems like a lot of extra work but it's an idea...

There are an unlimited number of potential future selves. Are you going to become the one you want to be? or the one that just... is?
