How much should I charge client to build this site?

Hey guys, a Building Inspector would like me to build a site for him. I am seeing people nowadays charging $100 to build sites. This site will require around 24 pages with myself providing the content for all pages, any idea how much I should charge for this please? Yes the pages will need to be SEO.

    That's like 6 hours at minimum wage around here!


    Who's going to maintain the site?


    Have you thought about leasing the site to them?


    $75/month, minimum lease 12 months, must pre-pay the first 6 months?

    $100 is for the setup of something like a five-page WordPress
    with content provided by the buyer. Not a 24-page site full of
    technical content they want me to develop.

    Besides that, building inspectors are usually employed by local
    governments so who will be paying for this?

    Find out what the budget is and tell them you require $4,800
    plus the hosting and maintenance fees mentioned above.
