
Review Management w/ Text Marketing
I'm working on setting up a new business to sell Google/Yelp review management, and I'd also like to include toll-free text message marketing, since the software I'll be using for the review management can also send text.
My question is about how to price/package this. I was originally thinking about having a review management option, a text message option, and a combined package, all with their own setup fees and recurring monthly. Then, any texts sent over and above the monthly plan would have a single flat rate.
Another thought is just to sell the review management and then offer a flat rate (i.e. $.08 ea.) for text messages.
What are your thoughts on this? What kind of rates and/or how should I package this? What have others found the best success with?
