How Do You Approach Real Estate Agents?
Was doing a search in my local area and noticed that the keywords {mycity real estate}, {mycity homes for sale} and a few other long tail keywords get over 2,000 searches a month.
In doing this I recognized only one, yes one, agent who was listed on the first page of Google for the term {mycity real estate}. Most of the other ads are Yahoo listings, homes.com. realtor.com, etc. so I know I can outrank them.
Some of these agents have websites and some don't. I know they spend money on advertising using our local weekly free newspaper because the ad rates for these ads cost a pretty penny.
There are two ways to approach this I believe.
Would you set up a website that captures leads and sell to these agents or would you set up websites for these agents or do both?
I was thinking I would first set up a website to capture leads to sell and then offer to set up sites for these agents.
Has anyone tried this before and what approach did you use?
Thanks,
Christian
