Easy ways to get past common objections??

Yo Warriors,

Seen a lot of people bringing up different objections
so I figured I'd share something I'm doing that's working
really really well.

First thing you have to do is agree with their objection
and then explain how your service helps them through that.

For example...
You: Ok John that'll be $2,500 for my services

John: That's too much, I can't afford that

You: I know, it is a lot of money. Almost everyone
I talk to ends up only paying a portion of my fee upfront and the
rest once we've proven how much money we can make them.

Could you put down 50% or 25% to get started?
By agreeing with their objection you disarm them and you
don't sound like a pushy salesman. They don't have a defense
for someone who agrees with their objection.

How do you tell someone who agrees with you that they are wrong?

Here's how to do it for "We already have my brother doing that for us"
You: John I can build you a website and get it #1 in Google

John: We already have my brother/cousin/friend/dog doing that for us

You: Oh good, then we'll collaborate with him and you'll
make even more money. Look at this, you have to see what we
did for this other guy in town...
People don't want to be sold, they love to buy though.

So they have these auto-responses to sellers when they
feel like they are being sold. Males feel like they are being
outsmarted and females think they are being suckered.

Instead of fighting their objection which increases their
fear of being sold... Ease them by agreeing with them.

The old saying goes "Always Be Closing" but I think it
should be "Always Be Disarming" and the close will come
easy.

I am having great success with doing monthly deals. It seems that they are getting someone working for them everyday and they only pay a certain price per month that they can cancel if they feel that theres no value.

That way, its hard to object to a low monthly cost (which is residual) instead of a hefty upfront cost

      I normally charge between $2,500/month and $8,000/month
used an upfront fee in the example because I find my subscribers
are too afraid to charge what I charge.

But yeah monthly is much better

I usually just ignore objections and keep going, but that's just me. lol

One of the best things to do when they balk at your pricing is to just turn the tables on them.

I understand how it appears that my pricing is to much but let me ask you.....
then proceed to ask them what it means to them when some one does not place enough value on the service they provide and says the price is to high?

If you do not handle the objection before continuing on...its suicide.

I for one, do not do deals or give discounts, the value and results
we provide for business owners is first class. Its already better than
they can get in the traditional business arena. If they want a discount
      i send them to WALMART.

For that very same reason, we do not work with clients who refuse
to pay in full up front. If you did a good enough job showing value
and results, the price will not even come into play. If for some reason
      they cant afford it...then

Option #1 Take 60% of the deal in Cash.

The Other 40% costs- 85% Trade Value... It looks like this

      Quote- $5,000 x 60% = $3k in Cash---Balance of $2k X.85 = $3600 in Trade

Thats a great way to always make money, and always have tons of products
      and services for trade.

      To your continued success,
      Robert

I love going into situations where I already have identified them as spending a ton on advertising. For example, finding your leads from a place like the yellowpages.com. I already know they are spending XXX a month and probably getting pretty dismal results.

I have a list of specific advantages of my service over the yellow pages, and it seems to hit a nerve because they are often already skeptical of the value they are getting from them
