Easy Domain Cash vs. GoGetta's Rent-a-site Report

Since we have some fellow warriors who have done WSO's on the "rent a site" models... I was wondering if anyone who bought both could give me an opinion?

YES I bought Gene's Easy Domain Cash, and I've read a few others (Alex Navas offline reports), and of course Jeremy & Don's $5K in 5 days... (And yes, also Peter Max's)

Since they're various / similar concepts, I am interested in the rent a site model specifically more so than selling 'leads'. (I own way too many domains lol - figure I may as well make use of them).

So if you've bought BOTH Gene's Easy Domain Cash AND GoGetta's Rent a site report, can you tell me, are they the same, or does GoGetta's give maybe more info or a different approach? (I'm not adverse to buying his report, but I'd prefer to know if it's going to be the same thing or if it has different and/or expanded info / tactics)?

    I have the same ones you mentioned, but don't have GoGetta's.

    However, you might want to check out the free videos on Jonny Andrews' site. Videos 3 and 4 are the best, but it's worth watching all 4.

    I also picked up Maverick's WSO that had some great ideas for getting clients that might be worth it for you.

    Gene's report deals with renting top Ad space. Go-getta's is about renting the whole page if I remember correctly. I have tried doing both and found it is hard to get your site on page 1. Gene has a forum and only a few people have said they are making any money.

    If you can do SEO well then you may do ok. One of the members of Gene's forum stated it took several backlinks to get on the first page.

    I have Gene's course and it is about flipping domain names or selling/renting ad space in a keyword rich domain website. My understanding about GoGetta's report is that it is more about creating local sites and then renting them tolocal business.

    One problem now is that Google has just changed their "Local Places" listings and so in many cases it is now quite difficult to rank your website.
