        Hey TK,

I know most people don't like to do this, but
by far the best client getting method for me
has been picking up the phone.

I do tell prospects on the phone that I have
lived in the area for the last 25 years, so they
        know I am local.

I also always offer something for free to break the ice.

I had a prospect last week say, "If it's free it's for me!" LOL

After that you have to prove your value.

All I can say is it works for me and they can't hit
you over the phone. I have never had a negative
phone call with a local small business. I've gotten
no for an answer, but it's never unfriendly.

When you get a no you just move on to the next one
        and don't take it personally.

Partner up with a design/coding company who doesn't do SEO/PPC/Social Media and work out a win/win deal.

This is the easiest method i have found since the client already trusts them, so not convincing involved.

Get great results for your clients and word of mouth also makes for easy clients.
