Seeing as we all are skilled in different areas of internet marketing. I was wondering ... what does everyone offer and how do you present your services to clients?

What have you found to be the best way of simplifying the details?
What common questions do you get regarding your services?
What services do your clients benefit from the most?

Myself:

On and Offline Marketing: SEO, SEM, PPC, Direct Mail, Ad Buys ...
Copywriting: Sales Letters, Auto responders, Marketing pieces
Website Design, Development, Hosting, etc.

Presented to clients as:

Visibility
Writing
and Websites

Common questions are:

What questions to ask when it comes to the online world?
If clients will be reliant on me for maintenance.
ROI.

Services clients benefit from the most:

Having a search friendly, customer centric website that gets their phone ringing!

    SEO and Email Marketing are my favorites.

    Doing web design is a great lead in to offering monthly services, so I like to start with that, possibly a redesign, a mobile website, or just a new site altogether.

    Our main business is SEO but most of the time we get website design projects (focusing on Wordpress) and they eventually need SEO and content so these always turn out to be long-term projects. However, we advertise ourselves as an SEO company.

    Recently, we launched a white label SEO company that cater to SEO professionals, web design agencies, and Internet marketing consultants. Instead of referring the business to us, they can rebrand our services as their own.
