Tracking joint venture deals

i have some great joint venture deals that i can put togeher but wanted to know how to track them so i dont get scamed, in the first deal i have a printing company and i will be bringing them business by refering other busineses who need large amounts of printing work done.

in the second deal i have got a beauty salon to give me discount vouchers, who ever comes into the saloon with the vouchers i will get a commision, i will be jv'ing with other businesses who can hand these vouchers out to there customers.

now all i need to know is how to track these deals as both companies can easily rip me off and lie, is there a way to find out how many vouchers which i handed out get used and how many companies who i refered used the printing company.

    If you could digitize these vouchers you could track them very easily. So they could only pay for printing online as an example. However, I don't think many small businesses would go for that.

    its hard to computerise them and it cant be done for the first deal as it requires consultancy direct from the printing company.
