How do you handle referrals from family members?
I have several offline clients, but have a meeting with
a new one next week. The referral actually came from
a family member.
I have gotten a few like this in the past and none turned
into paying customers. All have come with the
attitude that since they know someone in your family,
that you will do things at a hefty discount.
