Where do you get backlinks for profile pageson on local review sites (yelp, citysearch, etc)

I need to do SEO to my clients profile pages i setup on local review sites like , yelp, insiderpages, etc. I was going to submit them to digg, reddit, and ping them.

Im curious, what others are doing to get the best results. Anything you do to get those pages ranked on google would be helpful.

thanks

I recommend that you purchase a good offline marketing course.
As I am sure you will continue to have questions.

Thanks for your reply..... but i have plenty of courses.... I am curious what process warriors are using to get the profile pages on local review sites to rank on page one of google. I know how to optimize a maps listing, and a website.... but this is something specific not covered in any of the many courses i have.
