I am currently running an offline SEO business for several local businesses. Like most of us, I am having to over build backlinks due to the fact that Google seems to have a hard time finding and indexing them.

Has anyone found a highly successful (70%+) way to get their backlinks indexed?

This is a great question. I look forward to reading about the techniques that other Warriors have found successful.

I've noticed photo/image backlinks seem to be helping. I'll ask the client to provide 10 or more photos (actual or stock images). I then set up accounts with Flickr, Picasa and Photobucket for the client. I put photos on each of the sites and then link them back into the places page, review sites etc.

    I hope that helps out.

    Frank,

Use directories for your offline businesses. Many allow you to link to your website.
Google isn't having a hard time indexing, Google is just taking forever these days and they recently changed how many back links they show from external sources. Even if you so a link:sitename search.

Sites that I know have many tons of backlinks, Google shows on double digits.

Easiest way to is use a pinging service and submit the links to RSS websites...

Sbox is the easiest way to go.

    Got problem with getting index?
Unless your site getting slap by google, just follow this step.

    1. Determine the url you want to get indexed.
    2. Go to digg and digg your site.
    3. Go to clipmarks.com and clip your site
    4. Go to mister-wong.com and bookmark your site

Believe me, in less than 10 minutes, your url will getting indexed.

One thing, please don't Ping the url before and 10 minutes after your bookmark the site.
    Just a personal precaution !

I just submit to high authority sites.
I check the backlinks of my clients competitors, and just submit to those sites plus more.
I never seem to have a problem getting indexed.
However, I like the methods above, and will implement those as well.
    Thanks for the advice.
