OFFLINE MARKETING

Greetings, and thanks in advance for all the help!!

Well I recently nabbed a Real Estate Broker, and so far everything is good. She is the owner of a local Real Estate franchise. She has the budget and desire, and was looking to hire a full time employee to handle her work load. I happened to run across her ad on Craigslist of all places....

She has asked me to brand her business locally for the following keywords:

Example:

Towson Maryland Real Estate
Towson Real Estate
Towson Homes for Sale
Towson Homes for Rent

So I'm in the process of:

Creating Google Places Listing
Optimizing their site for the keywords
Creating (4) Exact Match TLD on WordPress featuring the homes of the realtor
Press Release & Article Marketing
Video Marketing
and of course SEO

Now here is my dilemma....

She would like to have her primary website updated, and have the MLS integrated into the site....

I would like for her to use WordPress, but I need some guidance on how to properly integrate the MLS into the site....

Anyone have any experience with Real Estate Websites?

PS. I have already read the other post regarding real estate.

  Say you're going to offer several solutions at one price:
  
  Google Places Optimization
  Press Release Submission
  Monthly Link Building
  Directory Submission

  You're going to want to separate them and give them to different providers. Keep everything separate will also allow you to command a lower rate when farming out the work and spread your risk exposure to unmet deadlines and sub-par providers.

Just trying to help out a fellow Warrior.

Never heard of Web-site Grader. I will check it out.

Making a list of businesses to call for offline marketing,
and while doing research, I noticed that a lot of the
sites that I look-up in Web-site Grader score 50 or
below.

Does this mean that all their sites suck?
