How much do you charge offline clients to manager their PPC campaigns?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I have clients that I need to create a proposal for and quote them on managing their PPC adwords and facebook ads for 26 keywords.

What should be the monthly fee? is there an industry standard formula to charge? 20% of budget with it being minimum of x amount? Re-occurring costs to maintain?

Invest in tools? speedppc or facebooks ad manager to make it easier on my self?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Minimum of $1,000 budget per month for PPC, and I charge 20% of the total budget for maintenance.

Personally, the lowest I've gone was $750 a month. I told the guy if he wanted to see fast results he would have to go even higher, but at $750 he'd get a good amount.

He then paid me an additional $200 a month to manage the campaign.

For my consulting clients, we charge a standard agency commission of 15% to manage the campaigns based on a pre-determined annualized budget for all online ad buying. They commit to the annual contract, but escrow the cash on a monthly basis.
