Are there any lead gen affiliate programs that allow you to input your own leads? All the ones I have been able to find require the consumer to enter the information themselves.

My thinking is that we could telemarket and just have the TM fill the form in?

Do you mean instead of requiring the person to fill out the info someone obtains the info and then inputs it?
