Monthly Mailer Coop Advertising Start Up

Hello all and Happy New Year! Long time forum reader and first time poster here.

I wanted to share this start up to get your feedback and find out if anyone might be interested in partnering up in their area.

We started a monthly coop mailer that goes out to 5,000 single family homes each month targeting a specific neighborhood or community. There are only 14-18 ads in each edition, with no business overlap in a newsletter format. So only one plumber...one bug guy...etc.

Small local businesses love it- because it lets them target specific neighborhoods in their own backyard, and offers exclusivity.

This is a great niche alongside programs like Money Mailer and Valpak who have up to 50 ads at a time with lots of overlap.

We distribute very simple black and white flyers to local businesses, and wait for the calls to come in.

Anyway- I wanted to get your feedback on what you think of this business model, and let you know that we are expanding across the country, with an opportunity to partner up with territory managers to market multiple editions in their area.

We do everything...design,production,printing and mailing...your only job is to sign up the businesses.

The income opportunity is unlimited, and the opportunity to help build this from the ground up can be very rewarding.

Please let me know your comments, and if you are interested in learning more about a partnership.

Thanks!

No problem and no secrets here on The WF!

We advertise 6.5 cents per home out to 10,000($650), but offer a discounted price for our current edition of 4.5 cents per home($450).

Everyone doing this has their own idea about pricing and what works and doesn't work in their area. This pricing model works for us, and is very competitive when you factor in all of the other highlights of our program.

I'm happy to share anything else- thanks.

Hey guys- thanks so much for your interest! Funny thing is...I posted this way back on 12/31/2010...gave up on the format we were using at the time...started back up with a new and improved model just last month.

So this is great timing, and I'll get back to each of you directly.

By the way, you should all read this post and thread from "Bob Ross"...this is the new format we are using with great success so far, and it might be something you decide to do on your own:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...onth-hero.html

We have developed a very powerful, 4 week turnkey lead generation marketing model around this format that allows a "Territory Rep" to start from zero and fill their first edition with 14 ads(that's how many our format has).

We don't sell this, we share it. Business owners either get it, or they don't...this isn't rocket science! They either see how powerful it can be for their business, and buy an ad- or they don't. When you stumble on a business owner that gets it- this is the easiest "sale" in the world. Trust me- my wife(who has NEVER sold anything) has cold called in person and over the phone and found owners who get it and buy an ad on the spot. So we know this works.

We compete with Valpak, Money Mailer, etc...they all have their place and appeal. What we offer is different and we believe better than the rest- but it's up to each business owner to decide that for themsleves and their business.

I'm happy to share more about our Territory Rep compensation, pricing, marketing, lead generation, and opportunity to plug into our turnkey 4 week system to get your first edition off the ground quickly in your own backyard.

Congrats on your business model's success.
Yes I completely agree with using post cards.

I've seen success with business owners I know and have attributed it to the target-ability (within the US).

So when you say you do flyer drops, do you mean you are just taking in a handful to a local business for their customers to take, and in turn that gets the business interested?

No...I pay a flyer company to deliver my flyers to businesses in the area I am looking to fill an edition in.

These flyers are designed to get my phone to ring from business owners looking to hear more about my program.

      Buffalobt,

      When you wrote:

you gave first class advice. I bought his program and it is top notch. This is not a paid review it is me saying his program will help anybody who decides to do postcards.

Your idea is a good one too. Like you say a business either gets it or they don't. If they don't get it the first time, they might when you go back and show them their competition on the card.

      Have a great day...

      Tom
