What Are Your Offline Affiliate Ideas

I remember a few years back when my wife and I bought our home that our Agent offered us $75 for every lead who would list with him. A form of affiliate marketing. Old school marketing for sure but still works.

My question is what are some "offiline affiliate marketing" ideas you have tried or heard of which work to increase your client leads or sales?

    Hi,

I've had great success running local newspaper ads in local newspapers to recruit people to pitch services for me. I offer them 50% of the profit from the initial sale plus 20% from subsequent activities.

When you're dealing with services that range into the thousands (most of which is profit, it works out well for both parties. You can adjust the numbers to work for your particular business.

Works like a charm for me!

I have a dog training company and I pay referral fees to groomers and other businesses for sending leads my way.

I also collect fees from a dog fence company when I send leads their way.

Many of the "online" affiliate products can be sold offline. I sell Amazon and CJ products to some of my medical/industrial accounts. Just carry a smartphone, and place the order when you "sell" it.

    freemen14,

I use drop cards to promote clickbank affiliate products offline. I hire people from craigslist to distribute my drop cards on windshields, phone boths, park benches, bus stops, anywhere a drop card can be placed and seen or picked up my distributors drop a card there. Out of 1,000 drop cards distributed i make on average around 60 clickbank sales and after paying my 2 distributors i end up making a few hundred dollars. This is just one way i market affiliate product offline.

    I hope this helps,

    Martin

I love this idea! Do you send them to a squeeze page first or directly to the sales page? Any chance you'd be willing to share some of the products you've done well with?

      Thanks,

Its tough to do offline affiliate ideas as it relates to campaigns. But when it comes to strategical; the best ideas are meet-ups and collaboration - which spawn ideas inherently. If that makes sense, the best idea is seriously to brainstorm and learn from others experience. This is why those local meet-ups for AMs are pretty sweet, and you won't believe how much you can learn.
