Any Good 101 Social Media Guides for Business Use?

Christine, WF name cbest, wrote this great blurb on the Door to Door Vs. Telemarketing for Offline Clients thread.
A big resource I've not seen mentioned yet is Linkedin if you're wanting to talk directly to the owner of a business use Linkedin's advanced search options to find the industry as well as the direct contact with the owner of a business, head of sales and marketing or whoever you're targeting with your message.
I had never thought of this before. Having the direct contact info of a decision maker is a giant plus!

I admit though that I'm a total beginner in Social Media (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn), and I want to be up and running in these 3 by Friday at the latest. I learn fast and I’m experienced in IM so I have no worries that I can be moving full speed fast.

I was wondering if you guys and gals know of any good 101 Social Media guides for business use out there? If I can limit my growing pains and learning curve, I’m all for it!

Thanks

I thought this was a pretty good free guide for small business. I'm not sure if you can re-use it but you can get some ideas to "borrow" and make your own ;-)

Thanks for the link. It looks good! I'd never thought of downloading an ebook officially recommended by Microsoft
