How much to charge Day Spa?

Hey guys,

I'm going to meet up with a Day Spa owner here in New York City (Right in the heart - Manhattan).

Its a good spa with over 200 reviews on many directory listings so this means it has a good reputation and probably tons of customers all day long.

She has her Google Listing done quite well, she needs help on her web site rankings and some different things on her website. Im going to try managing her email campaigns as well.

If you have also dealt with day spas, please let me in on how much you charged for your services so I have a fair price range to charge.

    What I've done is create a specific package that includes all the basic setup and optimizing, website, local search, etc. Then I have an ongoing price for videos, linking, etc. What I really sell are "campaigns" versus seo services.

    My basic package is $1297, then $297 to $497 depending on the level of work.

    What works best for my spa clients is video marketing pointing to a special coupon offer.

    I charged a local spa a whole lot to build their website.

    Then I charged about $600 to create and optimize their GP listing.

    I also charge a monthly retainer of $250 that covers hosting, updates, and further backlinking to their pages. I also have a no compete agreement with them, so I won't rep another spa in the city limits.
