IDEA: Expensive BUT Possible City Domination

Ok, I was just thinking this IDEA over, Nothing ventured nothing gained so here is my IDEA:

Google Places works based upon: Address, phone and website for localization..Correct?

If so, here is my idea for owning every city that the company you are promoting services.

1. Create DBA's for the Area's/cities
2. Register a new domain name
3. Register a new phone number for the area
4. Purchase a new company address

Now How does this work: Pluto Plumbing currently is SEo'd to be at the top of Pluto City BUT Pluto Plumbing supports Saturn and Uranus cities too.. But Pluto plumbing is only showing up for Pluto. So here is how it works, Pluto Plumbing creates a DBA- Pluto Plumbing of Saturn and then creates a new website for Saturn only customers, they go to a local Mail Plus store and get a new physical address of 34 cosmic way .. Saturn, Universe 101010.. Now that he has a new address and website.. we call up God phone company and request a new phone number for Saturn. Create a new google places and then rank for Saturn plumbing..Pluto Plumbing of Saturn or Saturn Plumbing ..

Now Pluto can be listed to Rank for Saturn plumbing but call the same company..
