Top Niches IN Your Area

Hello, I searched and didnt see that post that was created about a month ago that everyone commented on. It was about which niches are hot! I am getting ready to start cold calling or mailing and want to start with the hot ones first.

I had a few clients handed to me but now I have to go out and get more.

So, can someone add their best niches or show me where that post is hiding??

  • I was thinking of doing dentists first as well. BUt how the hell do you get to them, they are always so damn busy.

Considering that today is a very cold day (outside windchill factor is -10F), this suggestion will seem like a no brainer.

    Heating & air conditioning businesses.

Do a fast search on Google for "Furnace Repair". Check to see how many of those businesses have claimed their Google Page.

  • GUys, i know about just picking up the phone book and start calling niches or finding them in there. I was just asking which ones are better conversions. Some niches are going to be hard sells, some are going to be easier. I was just asking for that, (secret) lol....

      Market

      Media.

You're talking about market here. You need to find a market that is receptive to what you're selling. If you're selling SEO services to Chiro's I would start by looking for Chiro's that have purchased PLR video products to use on their websites already.

There are companies that sell videos for use on Chiro web sites. I would identify those types of videos and find Chiro's that have purchased these videos. Now you have more than a niche, you have a business owner that has already purchased a marketing product to promote their business.

Take it one step further. Find a chiro that has purchased a PLR video product and is also advertising in the YellowPages or through Co Advertising mailers.

Now you have a prospect who has bought a marketing product and is currently buying advertising.

Now you don't have to convince him of the value of buying marketing products and you know he's open to spending money on advertising.

Now you just need to get a meeting with that Chiro.

Chiropractors. This time of year, patients have a brand new deductible, and the holidays are always slow. The internet is catching on fast in that field. They would be one of your best bets for the next 3 months easily.
