Offline Services & Outsourcing

Hi,

I've been reading a lot about the offline model over the past few weeks and in its something I'm seriously considering taking up, the model seems pretty sound and the input here is excellent, however I'm looking for some further input from warriors on outsourcing such services..

I've actually outsourced some work previously via a few freelancer sites, web design and SEO etc but I've had pretty mixed results, nothing I'd be happy JV/partnering with, it's just been a real challenge managing these projects remotely and the communications have been poor, which has left me a little frustrated to say the least.

I'm therefore looking for some recommendations for any companies/warriors that that i could sub contract site design & SEO work to, could you post/pm me?

Apologies if this is the wrong section, and i appreciate there are a ton of offers in for sale section but it does get a bit overwhelming at times, hence my request for input from anyone with an offline biz that's worked with such service providers..

    Thanks for the reply, just reviewed the other post, do you only provide GPlaces as a service? Also I'm in the uk, are providing services to the uk?

    Do you do any design, if so do you have a website/portfolio I could review?

    I have found that there is a lack of industry standards! No one can say, "I have a degree in Local SEO!" Our company is trying to change that. We have had extensive experience in ranking offline companies and getting them in the top of search results; but we have noticed a sort of "spammy" mindset in this industry only because it is so hard to present the service to small business owners.
