Mobile Redirect for WPMU?

Does anyone know of a CURRENT mobile redirect that works on wp network enabled?

i.e., I bought Quentin's mobile pkg, and it links to a plugin from wptap.com, however it looks like its a pretty outdated plugin. (Compatible to 2.9.4... and people are saying its not picking up the mobile).

The way I'm using the network is a site.com/subdirectory - so it has to be able to work with that.

I know there's code out there for redirects that you have to put in a header... but I can't see how it would work "per" subdirectory (specific).

Ideas?

I would totally prefer to find a free plugin (or one that is free/pro but inexpensive). I'm a little tired of paying for things that don't work, so it has to work free first.

Also, I do have several mobile WP themes that I bought, but of course I need to include a proper redirect first.... (wapple.net wants payment for commercial, but its pretty much impossible to find the price!)

WPTouch looks good (has both versions)... but not sure?

It's a big site so I want to make sure its going to work without messing the site up.

Check out this free plugin, it allows you to enter custom header and footer code for individual blogs. I've used it for other purposes on WPMU.

Using WPtouch/Pro includes the redirection within the plugin, so that will work too, and it can be installed on individual sub-blogs with their own settings.

    Good luck

    Well, WP Touch doesn't work.

At least not on my phone - I have a blackberry bold.

Just takes me to the regular site, (which I know loads fine on my phone except that I have to scroll...)

So. I might have to try this.
