Going to your local movie theater when a new movie is released and handing out business cards with a free movies CPA offer (website redirect to offer) to people as they come out
Eg the Columbia House offer?

Make sure soliciting is allowed at the complex. Otherwise they might ban you.

What about outside on the street? I think that would be ok.

Don't see why not. I was just talking about the property owners possibly asking you to leave and not come back for violating their solicitation rules.
