I've never heard of Microworkers. I'll check it out. I know people who have used Freelancer and Elance and fiverr.com with success. I try to employ as many American jobs as I can but for quick jobs, I know especially for new entrepreneurs, sites like those can be a tremendous help.

I employ a good almost 500 people at our company so one advice I give new entrepreneurs is to stay within budget. It sounds simple but don't spend more than you have and if that means using one of these sites, go for it.

      Hello all,

I have tried Microworkers and have the worst opinion of them.

After joining, I tried to deposit some money ($10) just to test it out, only to find out that they charged my credit card without making the funds available for use within my Microworkers account.

I got a message that the transaction was unsuccesfful and that I needed to check again my personal details. After doing so, I made one more try (another $10) which had exactly the same result.

Then, I send them a message (15 days ago) to tell them that I would like to have my $20 back or my account charged accordingly and I have never received a reply!

IMO: They are not running a serious business!

I asked Microworkers for a refund. They told me it will be processed.

    Still, nothing for 6 months.

I have just started using minute workers and microworkers. Here is my honest opinion.

I prefer microworkers over minute workers.

Minute workers do not respond to tickets. On many occasions took money and then the job never even went through with some error, got no reply. Quality of work is poor. The pros is you can set the job at a lower $ rate than microworkers.

Microworkers - I havent had any issues so far. What I like is you can specify exactly which country. Con is you cannot edit your job like in minute workers. It also has a cleaner user friendly platform to work with. They have an ingenious "group jobs" that minute workers dont have.

All in all, though I do prefer micro workers, they both have their pros and cons. I cannot comment on the others but only these 2 because Ive used them. I hope this reply has helped others.

My preferred vendors are Fiverr and Mturk. I have used most of the services mentioned in the original post, but for small tasks Fiverr and Mturk have been most responsive. For more complicated outsourcing I have used Odesk, and Freelancer, both of which have been good.

Mtuk, but from my experience they are trying to keep the platform clean, i.e. Mircoworkers seems more welcoming to all kinds of "other" tasks.

I've used MTurk in the past to create different titles for CL posts, but I had mixed results. I haven't really tried them for anything else. It's super cheap so the mixed results after all the shit results got deleted were somewhat okay. They weren't great no matter what, but it was a hard niche to work with since most people don't know about it.

I will prefer microworkers because i am pretty much comfortable there as working still 3 years. And they are growing very rapidly. I have no idea about mtark but i have some negative idea about myeasytask and minuteworkers because both the website just offers referral based job most where its pretty difficult for the workers to finish the job.
