Facebook PPC - Discount for UK Agencies?
I have just been to see a potential client that I have done AdWords for in the past (I'm based in the UK). I was pitching the fact that Facebook PPC could be used to complement what they were doing with AdWords.
They then dropped a bombshell. They said that their offline advertising agency could do their Facebook campaigns and would not charge any management fee.
How it would work is that Facebook give a 10% rebate on advertising direct to the agency. This would act as their management fee/commission. The agency were even willing to to split this commission 50-50 with the client.
So in effect the client would be getting a 5% rebate on their advertising with no set up fees. This is obviously quite difficult for me to compete with.
Has anyone heard of this arrangement before? Is it possible to register as an agency to get these kind of rebates?
