How to justify your monthly fee...
Let's assume that you've done all the normal stuff you would do for a client such as the initial onsite SEO and submitted the clients site to business directories and created Facebook pages and Google Places listings. But I think that all that stuff should be done all at once in the beginning. What else do you do on a monthly basis? More directory listing? More backlinks?
When I have mentioned a monthly fee to clients they want to know EXACTLY what that fee gets them. How many directory listings? Which directories? How many backlinks? Where? They aren't willing to just accept that I am "keeping their business found on the internet". They want specifics.
So how do you guys deal with this question from clients?
Thanks,
Larry
