What to pay to hire SEO company for local ranking?

Hi,

I need to outsource SEO for my offline clients. What should I expect to pay to get first page results for them?

I don't want to do the SEO work, I want to be out there selling, that's my strength.

If there are offliners who are outsourcing their SEO, would you let me know what's working?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Lee Ann, if you're going to outsource anything, you need to know something about the work first.

The cost will depend upon the number keyword(s) that need to be ranked, the existing competition on page 1, where the client is starting from with their existing site and rankings, and what mood the Google gods are in.

The key is to make sure that you're targeting the right keywords in the first place - that's keyword research/market research and you need to do it before looking at seo.

You can find people on O-desk who'd do Optimization for $10-$20.

Depends on the niche, location, and amount of keywords but I'd probably do it for $497.

I like to use RankPay -- but as a RESEARCH TOOL to see what they would charge. (Plus, it spits out similar keywords for you to rank for)

1). Type in the keyword phrase you're shooting for

2). See how RankPay determines how easy/hard it would be to rank for

3). As an offline marketer you might want to copycat the fees (and 6-month contract) that they determine for the keyword & add, say, $150-$200 or more to charge the client ... and in effect you'll be
    OUTSOURCING to RankPay.

Video below didn't come out so well but you'll get the idea.

(I've yet to find any marketers who mention about using RankPay as "research tool".)

Thanks for the good ref site, its an idea to resll their service. They do offer an affiliate/reller program but i think i like the idea of controlling my own clients and not having another type of competition involved

      Thx

Unfortunately, I paid the price because I signed up for a 6 month contract without reading the fine print.

I wouldn't recommend them. I was already like position #16 and after a 2 month payment - no improvement

I would stay away from Rank Pay - invest the money in SENUKE and outsource the work

Jimian--In Rank Pay, I ran my website and 10 keywords just to get some ideas. I chose 7-10 range for Google and added all the prices and came up with $950 for 10 keywords. Of course some keywords are better than others. I just want to make sure--those prices are for each keyword, right?

Depends on the competition and number of keywords.

I can work for one campaign for at least $250 using the white hat and HIGH QUALITY method of link building. It means that most of it are done manually and has proven results.
