Good Resource for running business?

You know, business registration, billing, outsourcing...etc. A lot of WSO purporting to be the bible of all bibles of offline marketing just gloss over these points.

I feel I don't need to shell out $100 plus for information on how to run an offline business. I know how to do market research, put up sites, get backlinks, etc., but is there a simple source on "running" the business instead of fab ways to make a "killing" doing offline, which is mainly hyped rehashing of the same stuff.

    I dont know if there is a guide specifically targeting how to run offline marketing companies, however it isnt much different than most businesses.

    Why not just get a standard business plan layout in your local business incubator, a lot of community colleges offer inexpensive assesment and they can help you if not manage the company, atleast set up every fiscal/law aspect in place.
