I've seen a few threads here and there where people are struggling when they don't have to. And the reason they are struggling is because they have not positioned themselves properly and/or mindset problems. Which are 2 KEY areas in the consulting field.

Figured I'd help out and post a small portion of my WSO. No need to opt in. No selling of anything in the PDF. I literally just left a few topics that will help on positioning, credibility, mindset, and deleted the rest.

    It follows AP's model (not that you copied him, just that the thougth patterns and mindset is very similar) and I like that model.

    I want to do the questionnaire with them (instead of mailing it to them) so I can go deep in their hot buttons and show expertise at the same time. Part of the info needed that needs exact numbers I leave it to them to do the work and send it to me.

    And while it sucks, until our positioning is set, active prospecting has to be done IMO.

    Otherwise I fully agree with everything, great stuff! Thanks for sharing. "Believability" is truly the key. Exude confidence, but not arrogance.

    I wish we had more of this type of discussion on this board. Michael Hiles used to try to hold the line, but sadly he doesn't post here much any more. In my experience (albeit limited), the three fastest way to increase the cashflow aren't internet related.

    @Jay: check out Jay Abraham's stuff. It will be very familiar
