You should check out Quentin's WSO. It is located at http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-websites.html. It shows you exactly how to setup these simple little sites and he continues to give tips and new templates on weekly basis. I researched mobile website builders for a long time and I found his to be the best.

    Good Luck!

I searched high and low for the best builder and I have to agree with Michael, Quentin's is by far the best. He continues to send updates too. Best $33 I've spent in a long time!

With Quentin's tutorials I feel all set as well - I'd use outsourcing for really special needs.

I'll toss my hat into the ring and answer this question. Obviously it's all about experience, flexibility of UI, and personal opinion -- but IMO the best tool out there that I've found is called Qfuse - and it's a mobile website builder/CMS AND also a QR Code generator which links to the mobile website you create.

The platform also serves to provide analytics around number of times the site is viewed and the QR code scanned. A pretty cool service overall -- especially since it's FREE. Check it out at www dot qfuse dot com

Oh - and they also have a pretty cool cartoon video on the homepage showing how the site works. My $0.02.
