I would like to begin a direct mail campaign by sending out 2500-5000 postcards per month in order to attract new customers:

1. Can You recommend a reliable, high quality, and reasonably priced on-line printer
2. How do I choose the best converting postcard/text for my industry(dentistry)
3. What is a decent capture rate..For example: I am a dentist and sent out 5000 cards, how many new patients can I expect?
4. What is a good interval? monthly, quarterly?
5. Any additional reading, courses, books you can recommend would be appreciated

    2. What exactly do you mean? How to write a great converting postcard?

    3. There's no way to get this statistic without prior research (trying it for yourself and split testing it).

    4. For mailing? Usually every three months, so quarterly is a good amount.

    5. Read, read, read the forum. Lots of information that's going to help you. You can also check out WSO's and buy one of those to help you in your offline venture.
