Critique my cold calling script.
Here's the script I plan on using.

(If asked what call regards) I'm just doing free phone consultations for local businesses on their current web marketing.

(Wait for reply, respond appropriately)
I don't want to take up too much of your time. The reason for my call today is to let you know that you could be adding
a few thousand dollars a month to your business's income on autopilot by monetizing your web marketing. Can I ask you a few quick questions?
(If a negative response) I understand, thanks for your time and I hope you have a great day.
(Sincerity is key for this script. If they are not interested, my list is long and I can just move on. I bear them no ill-will for not seeing the opportunity.)

What would you say, (owner) if I told you I could increase your profits by that much by monetizing your online presence, and that you wouldn't have to do any of the actual work to maintain it?
What I would like to do for you is set up a full online presence, establish your company on the internet, and then add additional income to the already exceptional benefit of around the clock advertising that a strong web presence provides. We manage this for you, at a commission rather than a flat fee, so that during the first few months while it is being set up you don't have to pay more than you are bringing in. How does that sound?
What I'd like to do now is go ahead and start processing the order. The fee is usually $xx,xxx but to establish a good rapport with (city name) businesses, we are offering an immediate 1/3 off making it $xx,xxx. We do accept payment over 3 months, however, if you are able to pay in one payment, I can authorize another 25% off, making it a one time payment of $x,xxx.
