Here's a way to build an asset for yourself while working for an offline client
This probably isn't a new idea but I thought I'd mention it anyway. I just started doing offline SEO work for pay recently and as part of my strategy I'm using a blog site/satellite site with a keyword targeted domain to post articles and information related to my client's niche with links in those articles pointing to my client's site.
I'm finding that my blog site is getting pretty good rankings as well as the main site I'm promoting. So this is going to leave me with an asset after my client terminates my contract which I can then re-use or sell to someone without a website and price it higher because it's already ranking well.
