Success Story!! - One Quick Question About Radio Station Site

Hi there!! This success story is an excellent example of trying EVERYTHING because you just never know what you might get.

I emailed our local radio station just to see what the prices were for on-air advertising. We can't afford it right now, but I wanted to make a plan for the future.

The station emailed me back and said that they would be interested in BARTERING SERVICES!!!!! Free on-air advertising for us - awesome website for them!!! Woo-Hoo!! Who knows where that will take us! I really feel like my cold-calling efforts will be reinforced with the on-air mentions.

I do have a quick question about what they want ...

They want a live stream of their programming each day.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

There's lots of websites I was able to find that offer the capabilities to produce a live stream - some are outrageously expensive and some seem really hard to work with. (sites I've found - live365 dot com, shoutcast dot com, and several others.)

What would you recommend? High price tag for ease of use or low/no price tag for hard to work with? As far as I can tell, they are a low-budget station with listener-supported programming.
