Insurance Site Question

I have spent way too much time trying to find scripts for insurance applications for an insurance website. All I have found is a couple form construction sites that would allow me to build the forms(way too much time).Everyone else needs monthly fees which I guess I could pass the cost on.

Has anyone found html scripts for insurance applications? Life,health,auto,and commercial is what I need.

When you say scripts ... do you mean a software that can calculate and give online quotes?

  The html scripts that create the application forms so the agent can reply with a quote.

Wordpress really does well.

You can get few auto compare and auto quote insurance scripts....... Many are even open source . I have tried them on few of my sites
