FREE Website to CPA = Lots of Leads?

Hi,

I was looking up some CPA's in my area and one has a horrendous website.

What would be your suggestion on approaching this CPA and offering services for leads in exchange...?

Please let me know if you have any advice.

    It strikes me a sleazy.... Not in effect, plenty of people get and appreciate referral bonuses. But htat is once you already have a relationship. I think you would have to be careful how you approached them about it. If they feel like they are pimping out their clients or going to be exposing their clients to a bunch of unwanted cold calls then they won't do it.
