Is there such a thing as Mobile SEO?

I am trying to get zeroed in on building mobile websites. Plus, I have done a little research on Google's keyword tool for searches by mobile devices.

I have some ideas about a "local mobile directory", something like www.tusconplumbers.mobi.

Is there a way to optimize for mobile specifically? How is it different from regular SEO? Is there a place to get more info? I have searched the forum and am coming up with mostly SMS marketing.

Any thoughts or ideas?

    Someone has a WSO on that as well... I think its the one titled "[HELP]...I'll Pay Cash " (I know, kinda weird) or something like that.
