Recommend a Good Phil. or India Call Center? Good ROI?

Id appreciate any referals to someone I can trust to generate leads/sales by telemarketing for a fair rate...

    I think you might do better in terms of quality and cost if you hire individuals (as opposed to a call center). It'll take some time and effort to interview and find the right people, but I feel that it's totally worth it.

    There are many Filipinos that have call-center jobs where they deal with Americans, and anyone who has some job experience doing this would be a decent fit for telemarketing.

      Wow so it's worth if I fly from Malaysia to Manila just to find the right persons?

      Flight is not a problem as it'll only cost around $100 return.

        There are numerous call centres in Malaysia as well.
        Why do you want an offshore call centre?
        I ask as I am an ex call centre manager and have had plenty of experience with in-house call centres and offshore ones and it's usually the offshore ones that produce the most problems.

          I asked because Phil is supposed to be cheaper than Malaysia, but if doing it in Malaysia will save me hassles (I live near to Kuala Lumpur) and still maintain a rather large profit margin of course I wouldn't mind doing it

    Put an ad on on craigslist, maybe the newspaper.... you could hire in house and commission only.

    What I am thinking about doing in the future, maybe a year down the road, is go to the philippines and launch the call center myself. I don't know any reputable or legit call centers, haven't dealt with it too much.
